Responsibilities:
- Primary focus is geared towards attending to prospects for ongoing and new projects.
- Reports to Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations and prepare daily sales report.
- Cold calling to registrants and to conduct market research.
- To meet sales target set by the company.
- Involve in planning, developing and implementing sales strategies and sales activities.
- To assist in marketing activities and to perform related work as assigned by superior.
- To participate for new product launching, exhibitions and major events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To plan, monitor and coordinate all M&E works site. To perform M&E inspections at the projects site and carry out quality audits on M&E works.
• Supervise the contractor’s work on site to ensure that it meets the required quality standards and to assess and evaluate the performance of M&E contractors/supplier and to ensure compliances to technical /M&E work requirement.
• Verify contractor daily report and progress claim.
• To issue necessary site directions to the contractor and copy to all parties.
• Facilitate interaction between consultants and contractor on site to resolve design and construction issues.
• Monitor delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality, types and /or dimension are as per the specified requirements.
• Liaise and works closely with local authorities, consultants, main contractor and other-sub-contractor involved in the project.
• Prepare monthly M & E progress reports and attend site meetings.
• To review design, optimization and provide technical support.
• To coordinate the design between Mechanical & Electrical, Architectural, Civil & System and Structural disciplines.
• To ensure design are comply with the standards & guidelines.
• To ensure timely measurement of work done for progress payment/final account.
• Be conversant with all working documents that are applicable to the project.
• To ensure proper record keeping of documentation and correspondences for future reference of work done.
• Liaison with purchaser during vacant possession.
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural and Architectural or equivalent.
• Registered as IOW (inspector of works), under electrical discipline with Board of Engineers Malaysia.
• Self-motivate, positive working attitude and high level of professionalism on work.
• Able to work independently and good team player. Independent and result oriented, experience in construction and property development industry is a must.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, operations and processes relative to M& E works.
• At least 5 year(s) similar working experience in a property development industry.
• Preferably with experience in high rise buildings exceeding 25 storeys.
• High level of integrity, well organized and work.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality, and time of completion.
• To ensure that all materials delivered to site are conformed to the approved specifications and the project’s inspection test plan.
• To identify all remedial /outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
• To regularly report to the relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding, non-conforming works or delayed works.
• To check drawings and highlight should there is any discrepancies before construction.
• To coordinate with other site personnel to ensure site works are progressing smoothly.
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher /Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivate, positive working attitude and high level of professionalism on work.
• Able to work independently and good team player. Independent and result oriented, experience in construction and property development industry is a must.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Architectural Clerk of Works in the related field is required for this position.
• Understanding of the operation and processes in the property development industry
• Practical knowledge of project plan development and implementation.
• Preferably with experience in high rise buildings exceeding 25 storeys.

Responsibilities:
• To assist Senior Project Manager on project development planning, cost estimation, project scheduling and tracking the work progress for timely completion.
• Preparation of fortnightly progress reports, variation orders and related documentations in a timely manner.
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications and construction plans, procedures, work instructions, etc.
• To coordinate and liaison with authorities, contractors and consultants.
• To check, report and monitor any non-conformance of work progress, documentation and propose rectification works accordingly.
• To report and conduct site coordination, site set-up and ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered to approved drawings/specifications and documentations.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:
• Candidates who have performed stages of property development continuously such as the pre-construction stage, the construction stage, and the post-construction stages will be an added advantage and candidate is required to state the name of such completed projects.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Well verse in the Street, Drainage and Building Act (1974), by-laws and regulatory requirements.
